Meet Jessica Wilkes

Some of you know Jessica; for most, she’s the powerhouse behind the desk!

As practice manager, Jessica has advocated for the Bariatric community and for specific patients for over 16 years. She will go to bat with insurance companies, adjust schedules, tell her surgeons where they need to be and when, attend meetings with hospital CEOs, manage staff and generally support everything behind the scenes.

Jessica and Dr. McCalman had a dream of a better way to care for patients in 2020. They learned, grew, and opened the doors of Inspire Bariatrics in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. And it was just what was needed! We have seen growth and have been so touched by our patients over the years.

Now Jessica continues to see a better future as she was instrumental in bringing Dr. Curtis Peery into our practice. He specializes in robotic, complex, and revision cases. Here’s to many more years of Jessica’s inspiration and care for our patients.
